Privacy & Safety

We respect our customer’s privacy. We will not sell, trade or openly provide information to any other parties. Information furnished by you, our valued customer, is used solely for our own purposes, including processing orders and alerting you of any updated information regarding King Tees, LLC. Full Privacy Policy is available here.

Custom Order Policy

PLACING YOUR ORDER: Order online, contact us via email or phone to request an order form.

ORDER CHANGE PRIOR TO PRINTING/PRODUCTION: We encourage you to verify that all information is accurate before you finalize your order, but understand that you may want to make a change after order has been placed. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us immediately by either email or phone.

ORDER CHANGE AFTER PRINTING/PRODUCTION: If you desire to make a change after your order is in production, 25% fee of the total order cost.

PROOFS: All orders require your approval prior to printing/production. Printing/Production starts after your approval of proof and deposit has been received by us.

DEPOSIT: All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.

CANCELLATIONS: 50% of total order will be charged for all work in progress orders.

RUSH ORDERS: A minimum of $75 may apply to some orders that are not submitted in the 10 business day time frame needed to complete.

ARTWORK/LOGOS: We recommend artwork to be submitted in vector format, .AI or .CDR, for best results. If recommended isn't available, .SVG, .PNG, and .PDF, are alternatives, depending on the job. If sending .JPG, please send a high resolution .JPG file (at least 300dpi).

CUSTOM ARTWORK: All custom artwork is licensed by King Tees, LLC and is not authorized for use on any other products that were not created by King Tees, LLC.

DELIVERY TIME: You will be given an order completion date at the time of order.

● We are not responsible for customer supplied garments. While we due take precuation when printing, accidents do happen. Print at your own risk.

  • DTG Process may leave box and/or staining on garment due to pretreatment used to print garment.

  • Washing garment will remove the box and/or staining. Washing before wearing is advised.
