SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We currently ship within the Continental United States, utilizing USPS. Shipping time varies, depending upon the USPS shipping schedule.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation which will include your tracking number.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/AFO address or outside the continental United States. A physical address must be supplied. Complete address including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip is required and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an additional $20.00.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of personalized/custom products, exchanges and refunds are not available with the exception of a manufacturer defect.
Item(s) must be unworn, without any wear and tear and in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded. We are also unable to provide credit for damaged or lost return packages.
